Verdict
Animate is the collection’s strongest implementation skill because it makes motion a decision chain instead of a decorative afterthought. Purpose, frequency, tool choice, properties, timing, interruption, and exit behavior are resolved before code, giving agents a much better chance of producing motion that feels intentional.
Best for
Adding or repairing a specific web transition, entrance, state change, gesture response, or micro-interaction when the agent is expected to implement the result.
Keep in mind
Its taste is deliberately opinionated, so unusual brand motion may need explicit overrides and visual tuning. It also cannot judge feel reliably from source code alone; final review still benefits from running the interface.
Example task
Animate this command menu so it emerges from its trigger, remains responsive when interrupted, and becomes quieter for repeat users.
