## What is Stakeholder Analysis?

Stakeholder analysis systematically identifies all parties affected by or able to affect an initiative, assesses their interests and influence, and develops engagement strategies.

### Phase 1: Stakeholder Identification

#### Step 1: Brainstorm Categories

Systematically identify stakeholders by category:
