# Community Engagement Patterns Skill

## When to Use
- Launching or refreshing Slack/Discord/Facebook/LinkedIn communities.
- Designing ambassador, influencer, or creator enablement programs.

## Framework

### Engagement Building Blocks
1. **Rituals** – recurring AMAs, demo days, office hours, wins threads.
